Roma Blinds - Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Roma Blinds. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the purchase, installation, and warranty of our products.
2. Products & Services
Roma Blinds provides and installs a range of window coverings, including blinds, curtains, and motorized solutions.
We offer consultations and custom design recommendations to assist customers in choosing the right product.
3. Ordering & Payment
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
A 50% deposit is required before an order is placed.
The remaining balance is due after installation.
Once an order has been placed with our supplier, no refunds will be issued.
If an order has not yet been placed with the supplier, customers may request a refund.
4. Delivery & Installation
We service all of Sydney.
Standard lead time is two weeks, but this may vary due to supplier availability and other factors.
We do not charge for delivery separately.
If there are unexpected delays (e.g., supplier issues, weather conditions), we will notify the customer accordingly.
Customers do not need to be present for installation unless otherwise advised.
We offer removal and disposal of old blinds and curtains.
5. Warranty & Returns
Our products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Motorized systems come with a manufacturer warranty of up to 3 years.
Customers are guaranteed to receive a fully functional blind and motorized system upon installation.
No returns are accepted once an order has been placed.
Customers can submit warranty claims via email.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel an order only before the order has been placed with the supplier.
If a cancellation occurs before ordering, a 90% refund will be issued (we keep 10%).
Once the order is placed, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds or changes of mind are allowed after installation.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
Roma Blinds takes responsibility for any damages caused during installation.
We guarantee that all blinds and motorized systems will be installed according to professional industry standards.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements unless measurements are taken by our team.
Roma Blinds is not liable for issues arising from improper customer measurements.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Roma Blinds collects customer information for order processing and marketing purposes.
We do not share customer data with third parties.
We comply with Australian consumer protection laws.
9. Dispute Resolution
Customers should contact our office for any complaints or disputes.
We prefer to resolve disputes through direct communication before legal action.
Mediation or arbitration is available as a dispute resolution option.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
